What are some healthy options to choose from a Chinese Menu?

Thanks (: xWhat are some healthy options to choose from a Chinese Menu?
Each restaurant is a little different. You can ask the server for a healthy choice or ask for a healthy light vegetable stir fry. If brown rice is an option, go for that or skip the rice altogether.

This website has some other ideas for healthy choices:

Steamed fish and vegetable dishes with ginger and garlic (e.g. Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce).

Avoid dishes such as deep fried ice-cream and greasy noodles and fried rice. Western Chinese food is great but it can be very high in fat, salt and sugar (all the bad stuff!) Generally, Westernized Chinese food is a lot more high in calories etc. to suit Western tastes. Traditional Chinese food is generally far more healthy (steamed rice with green veg and other steamed meats).
