How do you order a white russian in Chinese (Mandarin)?

I saw it on a menu and it starts with 'bai', but I don't know the next three characters. From what the waitress said, I'm pretty sure it was a phonetic form of 'russian', rather than 'e'.

Any help? And, if possible, could you please provide the answer in pinyin and with chinese characters.|||鐧戒縿缃楁柉
