Thanks so much!! XXXXXXWhats something healthy and low cal from a Chinese restaurant?
Certain kinds of sushi are pretty low-cal
Usually the Miso Soup (which contains a lot of soy) can be healthy, any of the sushi rolls can be too (and yes there is such thing as Chinese sushi). Try the Broccoli Beef, lots of calcium and iron and protein. Just stay away from the Sweet and Sour Pork.Whats something healthy and low cal from a Chinese restaurant?
The water. Chinese food is very salty and usually not low calorie. I guess the best would be plain white rice or certain kinds of sushi. Don't get any teriaki anything or chinese rice. No ramens or even some of the veggetables. White rice would be the best thing
Most chinese restaurants serve steamed dishes, some with sauce on the side. Pick your steamed vegetables with white meat chicken or shrimp and the sauce you like. Use very little sauce, that is where the fat, sugar and salt is.
Try to find something with chiken and vegetables like chicken stir fry

I know many dishes are covered with sauces but actually many restaurants have a calorie display so it can be easier to make your decision good luck(:
well.....
