Ok. chinese takeaway...lowest calorie one please? i have the menu?

so.....

what will have the least calories?

mixed vegetable noodles?

mixed vegetable fried rice?

rice noodles singapore style?

sweet and sour quorn balls?

quorn with mixed vegetable chow mein?

quorn with mixed vegetables?

mixed vegetable with cashew nuts?

oriental vegetable in garlic sauce?

or i could get

cheesy chips?

all are unhealthy and fattening i know :( i'm guessing all vegetables will be in a fatty sauce.

so which will be the lowest calorie? and how many calories in it do you reckon?

thankyou!!!!!!xxxOk. chinese takeaway...lowest calorie one please? i have the menu?
the mixed vegetable with noodles sounds like the best choice
ask what kind of sauce all of them are in. if its in a brown sauce then it has a lot of soy and sugar. you can special order your food in a white or clear sauce and that will have the least amount of calories.

when i worked in a chinese restaurant the healthiest thing was the moo goo gai pan (unbreaded chicken, vegetables and a clear/white sauce)

i would think quorn with mixed vegetables would be the healthiest.Ok. chinese takeaway...lowest calorie one please? i have the menu?
i would pick mixed vegetables w/garlic sauce but eat it real slow and if u can get away w/it (not letting ur mom catch u) discard half.
Chicken chow mein isn't that bad actually - or if you are getting rice, try boiled rice instead of frien.

The mixed vegetable noodles sounds fairly healthy.
