I installed google pinyin and windows 7 language (mandarin and Japanese). I tried (in main menu) Options-%26gt; Gameplay-%26gt; Chat-%26gt; Chinese/Japanese which doesn't worked at all. It'll be great if you could help me.

You have to change the language manually within your system settings. I can only tell you this because i haven't fiddled with that function due to alot of reasons.
Such as if you select Spanish, everything will be Spanish.
