Egg Fu Yung starts with an omelette which is then topped with a savory sauce. Without the sauce, it's just an omelette
Im not sure about ur shop, but ours has these.
Omelet has chips, and an xtra vegetable not sure..)
Foo young has .. egg and meat and vegetable in it WITHOUT chips..?
