What chinese noodles are these?

I was in china town NY one time and went into a authentic chinese resturant even the menu was in chinese.



I ordered some noodles. They were very crispy.



Anyone can tell me what they might have been??

They are Chow Mein noodles. Chow Mein means 'fried noodles' in Chinese.
