Does anyone know of any Chinese breakfast dishes?

You find Chinese restaurants with lunch and dinner menus. Are there any breakfast dishes? Something besides egg with soy and kung pao.Does anyone know of any Chinese breakfast dishes?
China is a big country, the people from the north have noodles with wonton soup, steamed buns or soy milk (hot), sticky rice cake with mince pork %26amp; Chinese pickles as filling (see below first photo - a Shanghainese food) and deep fried crispy curlers (see below 2nd photo) for breakfast. The people from the south who they mainly eat rice would have congee (rice porridge) serve with deep fried crispy doughs, steamed rice noodles or stir-fried egg noodles with bean spourts %26amp; soy sauce for breakfast.

Cantonese like to have dim sum for breakfast too, the varieties are endless.

Below are some photos of the typical Chinese food for breakfast.

Other than Dim Sum in China it is more quick meals rice, congee a soup made from rice, like porridge, steamed breads, if eggs in a custard like saucy mix over rice with veggies, unlike western cultures they serve the same thing through out the day , but modify it just a bit.

Outside of breakfast the congee will have Seafood, BBQ meats and or Veg. But it is not anything like a American or English type of meal.

Not a lot or many different proteins like eggs, bacon, potatos and then bread. They my in the north eat steamed yams, turnips wheat noodles and breads and the make a cake like snack with white radish, turnips, dried shrimp, preserved pork and green onions, steam it and the slice it to brown in a pan with a little oil, similar to the Pennsylvanian Dutch Scrapple.
I can think of two " congee and noodle". Also Dim Sum is usually served during morning hours.
typically, chinese people eat the rice porridge called "jook". also, dimsum accounts for breakfast foods too.
chinese people usually have rice soup for breakfast. they eat it with pickled vegtables.
The chinese eat noodles in the morning, chee cheong fun, thinly sliced toasted bread with kaya and butter,
Traditionally, Chinese eat rice gruel (jook) for breakfast- but that depends where in China you are. Typical Beijing breakfasts were those huge steamed buns with greens inside- or a plate of steamed pork dumplings. On special occassions, they might go to a restaurant and have dim sum.
congee (it's basically rice porridge)

Congee is a classical and traditional Chinese breakfast dish. This is basic recipe for congee that you can add to as desired. There are no rules about what to add: meat, fish, vegetables, and healthy herbs, shredded lotus root and gingko nuts are all popular. You can also make a sweet version of congee with Chinese dates (jujubes) and a bit of rock sugar. Add the secondary ingredients after bringing the rice to a boil, before turning down the heat.

Serves 6 to 8

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup long grain rice

9 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:

In a large pot, bring the water and rice to a boil.

When the rice is boiling, turn the heat down to medium low. Place the lid on the pot, tilting it to allow steam to escape (the same as you would do when making cooked rice.

Cook on medium low to low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice has the thick, creamy texture of porridge (1 to 1 1/4 hours). Add the salt, taste and add seasonings if desired. Serve with garnishes such as crushed peanuts if desired.
