I am using window Xp SP2 and i had install file for East Asian Languages ,now i can decode the chinese words but then my menu bar still cannot decode it , it show a rectangular in the menu bar for chineseMenu bar cannot decode chinese?
in the control panel under regional/language options, under Languages, click on Details in the Text services and input lanuages box, click on advanced, and check the box under compatibility configuration to extend support
