I've been to several of these weddings. They usually have several courses (like 5 or 6). Usually whole ducks and sometimes whole pigs. Lobster. If you invite americans, you'll want something for them (like peking duck or bbq pork). Seafood soup.
Some restaraunt might have specialized wedding menu already. Call around. You usually can bring your own drinks and beer.

They will gladly oblidge if you have intentions to use their restaurants for your wedding !Anyone can send the menu of dishes that we ate in the chinese restoran for chinese marriage /wedding?
I would call or email the restaurant and tell them of your situation and ask for the menu.
That's cool, I mean to have a wedding and food in the Chinese restoran, I bet it was exotic
