What is the healthiest thing on a chinese menu?

like low fat. What is the healthiest thing on a chinese menu?
bean sprouts, lettuce, carrots

besides those, I can't think of anything that is low fat, most of the food are stir fried or deep fried.

But taste so good!
Steamed RiceWhat is the healthiest thing on a chinese menu?
hhmmmm...baby kailan.. know that?
steamed veggies w/ chicken (no sauce of any kind)
I would have to go with Steamed Vegetables and if you need something else got with the hot and sour soup. It has tofu, eggs, vegis and broth in it. The steamed rice is low fat, but high in carbs and low in nutrients.
steamed veggies with white sauce on side
I found these dishes on the menu of Koi Palace Restaurant in Daly City of SF Bay Area very dilicious and healthy:

1) "Lou Han Chai" Vegetarian

2) sea cucumber, black mushroom and roasted pork

3) bamboo shoots, enoki mushroom, veggies combo.

Hope you like it.
stir fried veggies with chinese mushrooms
vegetarian food. chinese pure vegetarian food dosent have eggs, gailic or onion, and is really vegetables.
Actual Chinese food in China? That's a tough one. They use sooooo much oil here. Maybe hot pot?
Lo Mein, Vegetable Eggroll, steamed white rice,Green Tea. I would choose Brown rice over white rice becuase I think it's less fattening.
One of the healthiest things on Chinese menus is tofu. Most Chinese restaurants have several different tofu dishes in their repertoires, although some preparations call for frying the tofu which pretty much negates the health benefits.

Tofu is low-fat and high in protein and certain amino acids.
