What is the difference between an Egg roll and a shrimp Roll with most Chinese Food menus?

What is the difference and which one do you prefer? What is the difference between an Egg roll and a shrimp Roll with most Chinese Food menus?
I don't know what kind of Chinese food place it is (as in, what regional foods do they serve?), but shrimp rolls are sometimes wrapped in thinner rice flour skins while egg rolls are made with heavier wheat flour outsides.

Shrimp rolls also may or may not be fried, and may or may not include noodles. Egg rolls are always fried and almost never contain noodles in the filling. What is the difference between an Egg roll and a shrimp Roll with most Chinese Food menus?
A typical egg roll is made with beef or pork.
