Most of the chicken/beef/pork with veggies or broccoli are pretty american. Most of the very spicy dishes or the ones containing pork are chinese. Also, sichuan cooking is usually authentic (sweet and sour soup). They usually use a lot of pepper and spices in traditional chinese cuisine.
