In a mac computer, can I get menu/time/date/everything in another language, like in chinese?

I found the different fonts, but the default stuff is still in english.In a mac computer, can I get menu/time/date/everything in another language, like in chinese?
Do you mean you want your whole computer to be in Chinese?

Go to System Preferences

Select 'International'

Pick your language for what applications you would like!
