Chinese food menu - Luncheon?

What additional food items can I serve along with Stir-fried Noodles? This is for a luncheon.Chinese food menu - Luncheon?
These answers really amuse me, actually being Asian (Mixed) and a first generation American. The foods eaten in places like the United States actually aren't traditional at all. Authentic dishes aren't usually smothered with thick, sweet, dense sauces but are actually more light and thin. The stir fried noodles are definitely a good start, and in addition I would suggest serving plain white rice, dumplings, and stir-fried vegetables. If you will be ordering from a restaurant, they should have all of these items on their menu. For the vegetables, you can select a few orders of vegetarian stir-fry and just serve the rice and vegetables separately. If you will be making them yourself, I would suggest either steamed dumplings if you happen to have a steamer, or pot stickers if you have a large wok or skillet. There are many great recipes online. Offering black or green tea would also be good. If it will be buffet style, you can just provide pitchers of hot waters with a spread of tea bags where they can steep their own, or if it will be served then just ask if they would like black or green tea. Traditionally, Asian teas are not served with milk or sugar, but you may want to offer sugar if it won't already be available because it is what we are accustomed to.
In my office Chinese Luncheons ar requested often, as we are a global company and often have vistors from aroung the world. Chinese Food usually is satisfactory to most people.

The usual items chosen, are Stir Fried Noodles as you said, white and Fried Rice, Egg rolls (Pork and Veggie), Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Chicken are the most popular. People love soup also either Egg Drop or Won Ton.

There is alwasys the popular General Tso's chicken, but can be spicy at times, do not want to activate anybody's heartburn.Chinese food menu - Luncheon?
I like the idea of doing something that isn't available at every single chinese restaurant in the country.
