Do you think that a restaurant self-described as an Asian Bistro is misleading if it makes only Chinese food?

Yes, China is in Asia but if a restaurant claims to be an Asian bistro, I want all of Asia to be represented. Get some falafel, chicken tikka masala, and pad thai on that menu!

A self-described Asian bistro featuring only Chinese cuisine lacks precision in its description. It's like a restaurant advertising North American cuisine and selling only hamburgers ignoring the fact that Mexico is in North America.|||No exactly, restaurant names are meant for references only, not meant to be representative. Do Olive Garden offer olives, what about Chili's? We have a restaurant here called "No Fish" and we had fish there.

Sometimes a restaurant called Asian Bistro could have started out offering a variety of Asian cuisine and over a period of time concentrates on one type of food only because that's what most of their customers want. But the owner would not want to change the name because it has became famous.|||I love china, lived there for three years. As long as you put snake, bulls penis (Yes...I ate c ock..and it wasn't human...), Dog and cat, oh pidgeon head soup, and rat on a stick.....Ju Ju Bean paste, essentially sticky charcoal and poo, jellyfish, complete with stingers... and fried tofu, that smells like fried bum cheese.... I recon you are on to a great menu there....

I am not going back.|||No, because CHINA IS THE ALPHA MALE OF ASIA!!!!!!|||P.F. Changs or Pei-wei ???!!!

Modern Chinese-American fusion fare !!!!
