My yahoo mail has started appearing in chinese. What menu do I need to access to change back to English?

I need detailed guidance as everything is in chinese lettering. I have switched back to mail classic. But still in chinese. Opened a new account which is fine, in English. 2. Re-enter your password.

3. Click Edit to the right of “Member Information”.

If I were you, I'd be worried that someone else has access to my Yahoo email and has played a little trick. It's unlikely to have changed from English to Chinese all by itself.
