How do i get the option to migrate pokemon on my main menu in pokemon diamond?

Okay, so i have beaten the elite four and obtained the national dex on pokemon diamond, but still dont have the option to transfer pokemon, do i have to get the national dex and beat the elite four on leaf green as well? (BTW i have a chinese version of leaf green, does this affect anything)How do i get the option to migrate pokemon on my main menu in pokemon diamond?
Well if you've beaten the Elite 4 and have acquired the National Dex yet you still don't see the "Migrate from" option when you start your DS game when it gets to the menu (Continue, New Game, etc.) then this could be 1 of 2 things.



1. 1 of your games if not both of them is a fake.



2. Your GBA game doesn't match the DS game's language. Migrating Pok茅mon only works if the DS game and the GBA game are of the same language.
you need to go to pal park and when you go in, prof. oak will be there. he will talk to you. then, you should be able to migrate pokemon.How do i get the option to migrate pokemon on my main menu in pokemon diamond?
go to the second town in the game and surf the water that's on the south.

Kepp going and you'll run into the palpad. where u can insert a gba game then talk to the guy and he'll migrate ur pokemon.

then you'll get to catch them.
