Are all these tiny Chinese restaurants owned by the same franchise?

I live in NC so maybe this is just a regional thing but it seems no matter where I go there is a hole-in-the-wall Chinese place that have identical menus and identical pictures of their food but all operate under different names.Are all these tiny Chinese restaurants owned by the same franchise?
