Is there an online guide to chinese food?
I'm looking for a website that explains different chinese foods. For example, I know that Egg Foo Young is an omelette-like dish with vegetables and various meats. Is there a site that explains "foo young" means xYZ, "Mu Shu" means "abc" etc? so that I can have some idea what combination of things or preparation method each item on the menu means??Is there an online guide to chinese food?
