Trying to lose a little bit of weight, i find that i love chinese chicken and broccoli in the brown sauce, i know this is defintley a health alternative to the other diet disasters on the menu but is it a healthy staple to eat regularly on a diet?Is classic chinese chicken and broccoli a healthy diet meal?
Sure. You can have a 1 cup serving, with 1/2 cup of rice. (I used to eat it on weight watchers and it was only 4 points)
