it could be called fried shredded crispy beef, they do it at the chinese i go to and it's little pieces of beef with batter and in a slightly spicy sauce, i get it with chicken and it's great. i would just phone the chinese and describe it i'm sure they will know what you mean.
Or try something else like foe yong hai with chicken and sweet%26amp;sour sauce....
Peking duck is also very good!
crispy chilli beef, plain rice and seaweed
My chinese favourites are
1) honey-garlic-ribs,
2) chicken-fried-rice,
3) egg-foo-young, and
4) combo plates.
I've never gotten those first 3 in a combo meal...that would be perfect...but I did get the first two (plus chicken balls, an egg roll, and a fortune cookie) at Uncle Chow's in Tilbury, Ont on highway #2.
It is listed as the "D" combo on the menu, but the waitress called it "the Diamond". it's a real gem!
Shrimp with lobster sauce or peking duck.
wot bout a curry combination wid egg fried rice x
Try something not so exotic and not so spicy, like Yangzhou fried rice, or sweet %26amp; sour chicken or pork, or noodles.
