I would have to say chicken and broccoli or any stir-fry vegie and chicken dish. What is the healthiest Chinese dish? Something that is on most menu's? Healthier as opposed to most others?
Wonton Soup is a good healthy choice with meat. It has pork in the filling but sometimes they will mix it with ground shrimp which makes it healthier, and plus it a soup with barely any carbs. It does have ALOT of salt, but so does mostly all chinese food, and plus it sometimes comes with veggies. The calories are about 150 per serving.
Anything with a lot of veggies... a basic chinese greens stir-fry.What is the healthiest Chinese dish? Something that is on most menu's? Healthier as opposed to most others?

They usually have a diet/light section on the menu and it varies by restaurant, making it hard to give you a specific name to look for.
Chicken, Steamed Veggies and Rice from the healthy part of the menu should be fine =) go easy on the sauces, especially soy because of the salt.
idk but i got a package in the mail with a black cat on the cover, so it must be Chinese food.
