Chinese Menu Translations Anyone?

If your anything like me, you only order a few things from a chinese menu because you can't tell what the hell most of the things are. So! Out of this list, tell me. Have your ordered it? Was it good? What is it!?

Fried Rangoon

Chow Mein

Chop Suey

Mei Fun/Ho Fun

Kung Po Chicken

Moo Goo Gai Pan

So, any experiences?

P.S. Yes, i realize some differ from store to store, but generally, what is in them? Thanks!Chinese Menu Translations Anyone?
Fried rangoon: fried wonton crisps with a filling, usually in a triangle shape with a creamcheese/imitation crab filling. I like it.

Chow mein: noodles (sort of like thicker spaghetti, and it's not semonilla based usually, but you can't really taste a diff) stirfried with vegetables (onions, bell pepper sometimes, etc) and meat (generally some pork)

Chop Suey: Meat (chicken, beef, pork, etc) stiryfried with vegetables (celery, beansprouts, onion, etc), has some sauce, served with noodles or rice. Not bad, not my favorite

Meifun: thin thin noodles, have an entirely diff texture from semolina pasta (what westerners usually eat), stirfried, usually has meat (beef or pork) and vegetables (shredded carrots, onions, bean sprouts maybe). I like it more than chow mein because its less greasy

Kung Po Chicken: Chicken pieces that are fried and then coated in a sweet/sour sauce. Not bad

Moo Goo GAi Pan: chicken stirfried with button mushrooms, snowpeas, cabbage, bamboo, water chestnuts. I like it, especially with some rice.
