What's the least greasy chinese food?

Chinese food is my favorite type of food to eat. Problem is i had gallbladder's disease and had my gallbladder removed and if i eat too much greasy or oily food i get really sick.I used to order sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken or fried shrimp. What foods off the menu can i now order that aren't greasy or aren't as greasy so that i can still enjoy my favorite food?|||Asked for steam fish, and request not to put any oil (they usually put hot oil, or sesame oil at the end of cooking). Chinese broccolli with oyster sauce (again, request not to add oil). Barbecue pork - just trim off the fat (which usually is very little if any). Usually you could asked them to use little or less oil, or no oil - at least at most Chinese restaurant in San Francisco.

Just don't get any noodles, cause they use a lot of oil to cook it.|||Steamed rice would be a good sub.

Maybe go with a good stir fry of sorts. If you eat more than one item is it ok for you to maybe eat say... the sesame chicken but perhaps have steamed rice with it instead? That way your eating your faves but cutting back on other things|||I sympathize. As a great fan of dishes like twice cooked pork belly I would hate to have to restrict my fat intake but take heart. While many items in Chinese cuisine do contain large amounts of animal fats there is an even greater number that don't.

A properly done stir fry should have very little added fat or oil so if you choose any such dish with shrimp, fish, or tofu, with vegetables of any kind there should be only a tiny amount of fat.

There are many Chinese dishes which are braised, boiled or stewed and have little or no added oil. Hung Shao Yu (Fish braised in soy Sauce), Pan Pan Chi (chicken in hot sauce), T'ung Kia Chi K'wai Tung (Chicken and winter squash soup) are examples.|||Chinese cooking been famous for their " saute ' dishes. More or less you still get oil on your table included steamed fish. Beside white rice, only steamed vegetable you get no oil at all|||Watermelon
