Can you help me with Chinese menus?

I always order beef and broccoli because I don't know what else tastes good and what some of the things are. If you could give me a description of what some of these are that would be great. Fried Wonton, Lo Mein, Egg Foo Young, Chow Mein, Chop Suey, Moo Shu (as in Moo Shu Pork). Thanks in advance!|||Personally, my favourites are: Sweet chilli beef, Satay king prawns, Belly of pork cantonese style, Sweet and Sour pork, and singapore noodles! Ah, you made me hungry now.|||Try ordering the Sum Yanggai, Mie Sukyue or the Phueck Yue!!!!
