Chinese Crispy Aramatic Duck in Australia?

Coming from the UK this dish is a favorite in Chinese's across the country but they don't appear to be on the menu's in Australia. Duck is sold but in honey or something else. Has anyone else found this?|||Yep, I did. In Gold Coast. Perth, Sydney, Darwin. Most Chinese resteraunt should have it, Crispy Roast Duck. Try China Town in Perth too if you're there. Some chinese noodle house serve it too. Some call it in Chinese, "pi-pa-ya".|||If you want good Chinese food in Australia you need to go to the places where many Chinese people eat. The Australian taste is rapidly craving more authentic styles of cooking, years ago in order for restaurants to survive they Australians food - there are still many restaurants that do this. I find that in China Town, North bridge in Perth -a good one in Morley in Perth is the Golden King Prawn. Sometimes you need to ignore the decor in order to go authentic!|||Do you mean peking duck? Try ordering that.
