Chinese food recipe for Wo Sur Gai?

Please help if you know the gravy recipe for this dish. The spelling is as it appears on a menu but no luck with google. If I spell it "Wor su gai" I get an almond chicken recipe.


I'm pretty sure the gravy is the same or at least very similar to egg foo young.|||Wo Sur Gai is the asian name for Almond Chicken. Here is recipe for the gravy:





4 tablespoons cornstarch


3 tablespoons water


3 cups broth


1 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)


3 tablespoons chicken fat or butter


2 teaspoons soy sauce


3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
