Best Authentic Chinese Restaurant in Toronto?

I am going to Toronto in a couple of weeks and was wondering what the best authentic chinese restaurants are in Toronto? I dont want to see sweet and sour chicken on the menu :)|||Sai Woo....|||China is a big country with many different cuisines.

The best authentic Chinese restaurant in Toronto is Lai Wah Heen. It is a Dim sum restaurant, not too expensive, and known as one of the best Chinese restaurants in North America.

I can also recommend a little Place in Chinatown that only locals know about. Its called Mother's Dumplings. They have excellent northern chinese dumplings. http://www.mothersdumplings.com/
