How do I change my iPod back into English when it came in Chinese?!?

I bought an iPod Video 30g at my local Best Buy in America. When I took it home and plugged it in my PC, the menu was in freaking Chinese!!!!! I cannot read Chinese one bit, and I couldn't find settings or language or anything (I went to everything and couldn't find anything that would be 'english'. Or maybe I did find it, but I didn't know because I can't read Chinese). I even tried using iTunes to restore it, and still no change. Please help, I am really pissed off at my iPod.|||You have to teach it how to speak English first. Try one of those Chinese to English dictionaries for starters, and then move up to basic conjugation.|||1. Press and hold Menu until the main menu appears.


2. Choose settings.


3. Choose reset all settings.


4. Choose reset and select the correct language.
