and deep fry 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Make sauce:
Combine:
1/4th cup chicken stock
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soysauce
1 tbsp corn starch
Add sauce to hot pan till bubbly
(takes only a moment)
Add in wings to coat and warm through.
Move to platter.
